根據CPR1000堆型核電廠電加熱器設計選型思路對DVC電加熱器的設計功率、設計參數、相對濕度等進行了計算分析及對比驗證,確認了DVC新風凈化系統試驗過程中引發電加熱器故障的主要原因,采用拆除電加熱管的方法解決了電加熱器功率過高的問題,并在實際核電廠工程進行了應用,取得了良好效果。

Abstract:
According to the design and type selection idea of electric heaters in CPR1000 reactor type nuclear power plants, the design power, design parameters, relative humidity, etc. of DVC electric heater are calculated, analysed, compared and verified, and the main cause of power heater failure during the test of DVC outdoor air purification systems is confirmed. The problem of excessive power of electric heaters is solved by removing the electric heating pipe, which has been applied in the actual nuclear power plant project and achieved good results.
